Voucher Terms

To ensure that your experience with us is both an enjoyable and memorable one please read the following information.

You must contact the booking office to check availability and to confirm your booking; our office staff can answer any questions that you may have at this time.

The Voucher you have received is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Please note there may be certain seasons when a particular Voyage is unavailable. There are also occasions when, unfortunately, for various reasons we may have to cancel or curtail voyages. Should this happen then please bear with us, we will do our best to rearrange or reschedule your trip.

You may use your voucher towards a Voyage other than the one intended. This may incur some extra cost. Please note we cannot offer cash alternatives or any refunds should you wish to take a lesser alternative.

Once you have confirmed the booking you will be required to attend at the appointed time. Your Voucher must be exchanged for a Boarding Pass; this must collect this from the Booking Office prior to boarding. We recommend you do this three quarters of an hour prior to departure.

If circumstances change and you cannot attend you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to turn up or do not advise us within 24 hours your voucher will become invalid.

 

VERY IMPORTANT

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
All boats can experience unpredictable movements that can aggravate existing medical conditions.

You must inform us of such conditions, especially back/bone conditions and pregnancy.

We will advise you as best we can but as we are not medical experts the decision as to whether to sail will be entirely your own.

CLOTHING
You must wear suitable clothing to board our vessels.
In all conditions we advise warm windproof clothing and in windy/wet conditions a waterproof jacket.

The skipper may refuse boarding if you are not suitably dressed and in such event no refund will be given.
