25 years ago we identified what customers wanted most from a boat trip and began operating wildlife marine RIB tours from St Justinians. The trips were suitable for all ages and abilities and were tailored for the individuals on board. A quarter of a century later we are proud to offer wheelchair accessible trips on our custom built vessel from a quayside without the steps that have prevented people from travelling with us in the past at St Justinians.
If you really want to experience the wildlife and get close enough to feel like a part of it then a boat trip is by far and away the best way to get stuck in. Nearly all the wildlife and scenery is found around the waters edge and in the rich surrounding waters. The crew and skipper on board will point out all the places of interest and talk about the myriad of wildlife that the island is home to.
The trip is an hour and a half in length and leaves from Porthclais, a harbour just minutes from St Davids with ample parking. Trips are run off a custom built boat by our workshop team.. The skipper and crew on board have been navigating Ramsey Island for decades and knows the waters like the back of their hand. Trips can also be run on a RIB boat for those with limited mobility but not in a wheelchair.
Making a booking is easy with a small amount of planning being left to us in regards to tide times and logistics. Give us a call on 01437 721911 where we can talk you through everything.
