St Davids

Great Britain’s smallest city, St. Davids is located in the far west of Wales. It features a beautiful Cathedral settled in a sheltered valley. At one time two pilgrimages to St Davids was considered equal to one pilgrimage to Rome. The area is steeped in history and the area is dotted with Neothithic tombs, Bronze Age stones, wells of healing and tiny chapels.

The area is famous for its rich and beautiful landscape. Isolated golden sands, idyllic coastal walks and rare ecosystems draw people from all over the world. Pure fresh air and traditional welsh hospitality add to the ambience.

The area attracts families as well as explorers and pilgrims. Some prefer the winter solitude with windswept shores while others enjoy the gentle bustle of the summer months.

 St Davids is small with a resident population of 2000. In the winter months it is sleepy but even durring the busier summer months you will find it respectful and relaxing. No cinemas, big shops or noisy attractions it is revered for its heritage, landscape and of course our marine tours !!
